These Terms set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using this website or our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services and products; stop providing the services and products or any features of the services and products we offer; or create limits for the services and products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services and products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Prices

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Our delivery charges are set out in the ‘delivery’ section and will appear on the payment page when you place your order. We may not be able to delivery to some locations.

All prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

 

Payment

 

The Brown&bridge website is a secure website. The checkout page details the types of payment cards that can be used.

When buying an item, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it:

• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order we will reply via e-mail, confirming your details and stating the total cost that will be charged to your credit card for goods and postal charges.

 

Delivery

 

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to EU Countries, USA and Canada at this time.

 

UK: We aim for your goods to be delivered by Royal Mail within 7 working days from us receiving your order, subject to availability. Delivery within the UK costs a flat rate of £4.95 and will be added at the time of check out. Delivery within the UK is free on orders over £75 after any discounts have been applied

In the event of a product being out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible, provide you with an estimated delivery date and enquire whether you wish to continue with your order or receive an alternative or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation of order you will get a full refund including delivery charges. All orders are subject to availability.

 

Return and Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, you may send them back within 14 days, with a cover letter for an exchange or full refund.  As a consumer, once unwanted goods are received you have a 7 working day cancellation period; this starts the day after receipt of unwanted goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage – we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate and adequate insurance. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of returned goods being received and to the original payment method.

The customer takes ownership and is responsible for goods upon delivery. Please check your product immediately when you receive it and let us know of any damage within 12 hours, we hope you understand that we cannot accept any claims after this time, as we will have to let the courier know. Please make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for goods lost in transit.

If your order arrives incorrect, not as described, or develops a fault please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including:

• Your order reference number

• The name and quantity of item(s) that was damaged or faulty

• A clear photo of the damage or fault

Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter. Do not return anything until we have advised you whether it is necessary or not to do so, as this may slow down the process and we may not require a return.

Please note that all claims for orders arriving with incorrect or not as described items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your item was bought from a stockist, any returns must be made through them.

 

Trade Descriptions Act

We take care to ensure that colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers and computer monitors being calibrated differently, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. All dimensions are approximate.

 

Customer service and complaints

In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of dealing with Brown&bridge, please inform us as soon as possible by email in order that we can put things right without delay. Brown&bridge will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Claire Brownbridge. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. All third party trademarks mentioned or displayed on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

 

Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Scotland, England and Wales, United Kingdom.

 

Your rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.
