Terms and Conditions

These Terms set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using this website or our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services and products; stop providing the services and products or any features of the services and products we offer; or create limits for the services and products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services and products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Delivery

 

UK: We aim for your goods to be delivered within 7 working days from us receiving your order, subject to availability. Delivery within the UK costs £3.00 and will be added at the time of check out.

 

EU Countries: We aim for your goods to be delivered within 5-10 working days from us receiving your order, subject to availability. Delivery within EU countries costs £5.00 and will be added at the time of check out.

 

USA and Canada: We aim for your goods to be delivered within 5-14 working days from us receiving your order, subject to availability. Delivery to the USA and Canada costs £8.00 and will be added at the time of check out.

 

Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Brown&bridge (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
 

In the event of a product being out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible, and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within 7 working days (return posting date) - for a full refund of the costs of the goods based upon the original payment method. Unless a product is faulty or damaged at delivery, you will have to pay for all return shipping costs.

Please check your product immediately when you receive it and let us know of any damage within 12 hours, we hope you understand that we cannot accept any claims after this time, as we will have to let the courier know. Please make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for goods lost in transit.

Cancellation


You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you place your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us either by email at info@brownandbridge.co.uk., or by post to Daisybank, Drum, Kinross ky13 0un quoting your name and order reference in either instance. UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a period of 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel under this provision, please e-mail us at info@brownandbridge.co.uk. We will refund your payment on return of the item concerned (see Returns on how to return the item). The seven days start when the goods are delivered.
 

 

Prices


The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Our delivery charges are set out in the ‘delivery’ section and will appear on the payment page when you place your order.

All prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

 

Payment

The Brown&bridge website is a secure website. The checkout page details the types of payment cards that can be used.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
 

Trade Descriptions Act


We take care to ensure that colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers and computer monitors being calibrated differently, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. All dimensions are approximate.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos


The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Claire Brownbridge. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Right to change and modify Terms


We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Who can use our website?

 

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

Law and jurisdiction
