UK: We aim for your goods to be delivered by Royal Mail within 7 working days from us receiving your order, subject to availability. Delivery within the UK costs a flat rate of £4.95, or for card only orders £1.95, and will be added at the time of check out.
Delivery within the UK is free on orders over £75 after any discounts have been applied
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to EU Countries, USA and Canada at this time.
In the event of a product being out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible, and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact us at info@brownandbridge.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods. Goods should be returned to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery within 14 days (return posting date) of you contacting us for a full refund of the costs of the goods based upon the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of returned goods being received. Unless a product is faulty or damaged at delivery, you will have to pay for all return shipping costs.
The customer takes ownership and is responsible for goods upon delivery. Please check your product immediately when you receive it and let us know of any damage within 12 hours, we hope you understand that we cannot accept any claims after this time, as we will have to let the courier know. Please make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for goods lost in transit.

If your order arrives incorrect, not as described, or develops a fault:

The name and quantity of item(s) that was damaged or faulty

A clear photo of the damage or fault
Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter.
Do not return anything until we have advised you whether it is necessary or not to do so, as this may slow down the process and we may not require a return
Please note that all claims for orders arriving with incorrect or not as described items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
